I was so happy when I found this soup mix I didn’t waste a minute to order it. In fact I ordered two packages. It arrived in a very timely manner. I had a package of the Pasta e Fagioli some time ago and am pleased to find somewhere to purchase it. I loved it then and it makes me very happy to be able to purchase it now so I can enjoy it once again. Thank you Cherchies

    not very happy

have to be honest my family did not really like the new formulation of the soup - not enough water - the pasta and beans absorb all of the water - beans were still a bit crunchy.

    Too Much Pasta

Posted by Beverly J Gilmore on 7th Mar 2018

Bought the soup for my husband. He wanted more beans and less pasta. I thought it needed more liquid than the 4.5 cups on the preparation recipe. The Mexican Tortilla remains my favorite.

    So so soup

Posted by Gloria T. on 28th Feb 2018

This is quick cooking soup does not taste anywhere like the regular soup. I had the regular one which I received in a box of several things as a gift. Yes, it took longer to cook, but it was one of the best soups my husband and I ever had. This was a meal in itself. We both love soups. The beautiful aroma that covered the entire house was awesome and it tasted just as good as the aroma.. The aroma of the quick soup was contained to only the kitchen.and was not the same. Also, with the regular soup we had 2 big bowls and still had 2 big bowls for next day's lunch. With the quick cooking one we had today, we had 2 big bowls, but only had about 1/2 cup left over. I have to find the regularr one soon.

Recipe has Changed, but not for the Better!

This new recipe for Pasta e Fagioli isn't as good as it used to be. I recommend adding a can of navy beans when preparing it. It doesn't have enough beans.
