I have been a fan on Cherchies since they began. I have their original green cover cookbook and my friends still ask when are you going to make that Pasta Salad w/ Shrimp which had Cherchie Pretty Peppers and Champ. Mustard. I have used the Cranberry Mustard in my recent order and it is superb. (made a toasted smoked turkey, maple ham brioche sandwich w/ Cherchies Cran Mustard, mayo, organic greens, Wickle Pickles........and a cup of tomato basil/red pepper soup. YUMMMM.
