Hot Banana Pepper Mustard. Love this mustard the best of all 'flavors'!
During the summer, I grow a crop of Hot Banana Peppers; I cook them and add dry ground mustard seed, a little vinegar, and real maple syrup. Grind it all up and put it in jars. Use it up quickly, then order some Cherchies until I start the whole cycle over again;-) I tell people that Cherchies Hot Banana Pepper Mustard can be used on anything edible -- even vanilla ice cream!

Love this stuff. I tell people it's so good you could put it on vanilla ice cream;-) I grow hot banana peppers my self and have recreated this mustard but I often have a crop "failure" and have to rely on Cherchies to get me through the winter months with this tasty treat!

After ordering the Champagne Mustard every 3 months for the pat 12 years, I mixed in 3 of the Hot banana Pepper jars and boy was it fortuitous. It may be better than the Champagne if you are fond of a hot, sweet mustard flavor. Absolutely delicious!
