Hot Banana Papper Mustard
Purchased after trying some at a friend's house - it's delicious! She uses it for all sorts of things including charcuterie board. On that occasion, it was in her devilled eggs - YUM! Really looking forward to finding lots of dishes to use it with. Reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish it didn't contain soybean oil or Xanthan gum.

I find yellow mustard to be boring. It's fine for others but I like to enjoy specialty mustards and this has been my go-to mustard for years! I always try to pick up a few jars when it is on sale...

There was a sample @ the Cajundome in Lafayette, La. & I was "sold" --- I order by the CASE (only objection VERY Hard to open). I cannot say enough "praise" f/this product --- I use on most anything I cook or sandwich --- I have my daughter/grand-daughter hooked --- ONLY thing is "they come steal my jars" HA I recommend highly

Although, it has become difficult to find I finally went straight to the source and placed my order through the company online.
