The BEST condiment!
I grew up on Cherchie’s champagne mustard, and it is still a staple in our home. Since I can remember, my dad (a Philly native) would bring out the Cherchie’s every afternoon with sharp cheddar and salami. For 40 last years Cherchie’s is the only condiment I’ll serve on my charcuterie board! Sweet, tangy, and just the perfect bite. My entire family now enjoys it, we have even basted chicken and salmon with Cherchie’s and it’s incredible! So glad Cherchie’s is still available after all these years, and the recipe hasn’t changed one bit. This is my most favorite mustard, and has been since my sister introduced it at Easter dinner over 25 years ago. I use it in any recipe calling for mustard, but my favorite way to enjoy it is simply with crackers and cheese, ham or salami rollups, even as a dip for pretzels. It also reminds me of home and wonderful celebrations with my family and friends!
