    I love mustard and Cherchies Champagne Mustard is the best. Adds the right flavor to any dish. I put it in tuna salad and in a wonderful lentil salad. It always makes whatever I am cooking better.

    My husband and I first found this mustard when we were on vacation in Helena Georgia. We liked it so much we bought several jars to bring home. It wasn’t until we were out of it that we looked up where it was Made on the jar. To our surprise it was made right here in Pennsylvania where we live. So we ordered more. We absolutely love it.     In my opinion this is the only condiment for stone crabs. I have been using since it first went to market in the 1980’s.
