I have never liked peppers of any kind. I was shocked when my sister told me I had just eaten these peppers. They are amazing! We are all hooked on them. Our favorite way to eat them is to mix a drained jar with cream cheese and smear it on crackers, toasted baguettes, toasted french bread, and just about anything you want. I have taken it to parties and EVERYONE wants to know what it is and where I got it. I will always have a jar or 2 or 3 in my cupboard. When we get a craving, its there to enjoy!!!!!
